The medical form must be answered with YES or NO answers, ticks and crosses are not acceptable. If you answer YES to any question, or if you’re not sure, it will be necessary for you to consult a physician (a doctor) prior to participating in a scuba diving activity, course or program.
Disabilities are not a preclusion to diving or scuba diving training, in fact there are many great disabled divers in the world today.
